Who are we?We are a 501c3 nonprofit mission trip compnay based out of Joplin, Missouri. After helping run mission trips for many years alongside a nationally known mission trip company, it was time to go out on our own! ABIDE Missions was born on July 30, 2019 and we became an offical entity on July13, 2020. We are a group of people that love Jesus first and want to see communitites and people radically changed by the same Jesus that changed us! We strive to clean up, pick up and spruce up neighborhoods, all while empowering people to take their lives back!
In a nutshell, we run well organized, energetic, funfilled, meaningful missiontrips for students,corporations,families or anyone that wants to bring a group of people to learn, serve, worship and build relationships. Most trips are from Sunday nights until the following Saturday morning, but we are flexible. We have the ability to customize a trip to fit any timeline that we may encounter. We offer three types of trips. The first one is light construction, The second one is Relational and the last is Service. We will work in neighborhoods, non profits and with individuals to teach you the model of community development that after the week is done, could very easily take back to your community and get it started right away! We work, worship, teach and play for Six nights, all while learning how to serve your community.
Our main worksite is based in Joplin, Missouri. It was there that the very face of ministry was changed, because of students and leaders coming to our aid in our time of need. While the need is over and rebuilding is complete, there will always be people that need a hand up. We are proud to announce that we opened another worksite in the amazing City of Knightdale, North Carolina. Trips are avaialable at both locations. Both locations operate on the same model of ministry, the same theme during the summers and the same love for their community.
Simple. We love Jesus and we love people. That's it.
